Anesthesiologist 10 out of 10!!! So why write this TERRIBLE REVIEW. I was so pleased with all of the NURSE & Doctors efforts. HOWEVER!!! The operation manager Tamika & the other facility manager have failed at their job! I would be ashamed to manage this maintenance facility at this hospital. The rooms are unsanitary. They need to update the $200 vinyl bathrooms. Our insurance is paying over $100k for us to be treated by the best doctors (extremely grateful). But stay in an unsanitary room for over 3 nights? The floors were sticky from not properly sanding/polishing/ finishing!! The cleaning staff can only do so much with what they have on a nasty floor like room 330. Whoever is answering the phones at this hospital would be better suited to work somewhere that doesn’t require minimal behavioral skills. Really outrageous behavior for someone working in the medical field handling patients. Northwell should train their staff more on what attitude is appropriate when dealing with the public. Politely asking a nurse a question about insurance should not warrant them to lose their temper and tell a patient to call the finance department before hanging up the phone. Very inappropriate

I want to shout out to my girls Megan.ADA And Catherine The best Nurse all of them highly recommended this place if you have any Surgery so you have to go to this hospital they are extremely friendly. They take care of you. They make you feel comfortable and they make you laugh. They welcome you With open arms thank you so much for all you guys did for me yesterday I had a kidney stone removed, and it was the best thing that I went there and shout out to my doctor Dr. Sheldon Axelar He is awesome. This is my second time getting a procedure done with him. I couldn’t have done it without the whole team thank you guys so much.!! God bless you all best hospital!!

I had an emergency with my husband, so he was brought into the ER and from there he had excellent care. The ER nurses and doctors were great and when he was transferred to a room they were also wonderful. My husband had to have a procedure done and saw Dr. Krumerman, wonderful doctor !! I can't say enough great things about this hospital and staff. thank you !!

A huge thank you for the excellent care what I received at Mount Kisco ,NY NWH. Dr. Mitrani and my surgeon was Dr. Knots are very knowledgeable, kind ,intelligent ,professional doctors. Huge thanks also for 7th floor nurses who was signed for room# 737 between November 12-16. Thank you for bottom of my heart for the kindness and excellent care. They are really professional. Thank you for the food department for the excellent food service and delicious foods. I'm really grateful for my care. Zsuzsanna Varga
