Northern Virginia Orthodontics - McLean

Their new office in McLean is amazing. They have massage chairs and even a mocktail bar for patients. The office is so chic stylish and clean. the consultation room is so high tech too! excited to be coming here!

This place is super open to the mall. You can hear all the crowds from the mall. I visited here for scanning and consultation but it didn't look that professional. Even scanning, i didn't like it much and felt it wasn't sanitized enough. I think the rates were reasonable though so i give three stars.

I did a quick research this morning and Northern Virginia Orthodontics popped up. I was impressed by the reviews and I am very interested in Invisalign. So, I thought I will just drag my family to the mall and go talk to the professionals and see what they say. I arrived there around 1:20 pm on Sunday. The Orthodontic location is inside Tysons Corner mall very convenient but.... there was no one there. We entered yelled hello and waited for five to ten minutes and nothing. Noone to help or serve us. I tried to look around and find a trifold with info I am looking for but nothing. I thought that may be someone will notice in the cams that there were customers waiting but nope. We just walked away!!! It was very disappointing 😞

I was very impressed with the care my daughter received as a new patient. Everyone was friendly, competent and professional. We are happy that her issue can be resolved with Invisalign since she will be a senior next year and we don't want braces again. Scheduling was easy. I feel confident her experience will be a positive one!
