Northern Star Dental Group

I had a deeply disappointing experience at Northern Star Dental Group and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend this office to anyone. From the moment I walked in, the environment was overwhelming and unprofessional. The waiting room was completely packed with people, to the point where there was nowhere to sit. Beyond the overcrowding, there was a noticeable sense of filth throughout the area that made me feel very uncomfortable given that this is a medical facility. The actual consultation was even worse. The doctor showed a total lack of attention and seemed rushed and disinterested in my concerns. To make matters worse, the doors were left wide open during my appointment. Yesterday my knee was to replace a temporary cap that had fallen out. I was seen by Pariss This is a really great dental office with phenomenal management. I am astounded at the cooperation and confidence of this workforce and Christine’s management. I sent all my friends there.

My husband and I LOVE it here! We've been patients for about 1 1/2 years and the staff is fantastic!! Dr. Christine is amazing, friendly & so knowledgeable. Jennifer, my dental hygienist is the best! The entire staff is very friendly, professional and don't push products (like MANY other dental practices). They accept our insurance, and are the first practice that has billed our insurance correctly and never have any issues. For whatever reason, every practice I've been to prior always screwed up our insurance billing and tried to make us pay for their mistakes. We LOVE it here - I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a fantastic dentist! Booked a tooth extraction back in early September for December 3rd for a infected molar was told if there was a cancellation they would let me know. I get a phone call at 7:50pm the night before my extraction guilt tripping me if I can give up my appointment to another patient who is in pain from Wisdom teeth… Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Went to this place for first time for one cavity and possibly pulling one tooth they told me that there is alot of bone loss and need to pull 4 teeth nothing wrong with my others whole I was making appointment I heard them tell another guy something and now reading comments they use that alot. I would rather a filling or crown don't want go look like something from Halloween
