My first time experience was great. I was greeted with a warm smile from the front desk representative, answered all my questions, the 3N staffs were friendly and Family oriented. Thanks for accepting my mom Sadie Cogle.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at this nursing home rehab center. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, safe, and cared for. The nurses, therapists, and aides were patient, kind, and always willing to help. They took the time to explain everything to me and treated me with respect. The therapy team was excellent and helped me get stronger each day. They encouraged me, celebrated my progress, and made the hard work feel manageable. The social workers were also incredibly supportive, helping me understand my care plan and preparing me for going home. The facility was clean, comfortable, and well-run. My family’s experience at Northern Riverview has been deeply disappointing and concerning, particularly since the arrival of the new administrator. His behavior has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional, and his communication with patients and families lacks basic respect. During a visit, my father who is not ambulatory and does not wander was refused the opportunity to sit in the main lobby and was instead placed on a locked unit without appropriate justification. Staff later contacted me and stated that he was “at risk for elopement,” which was inaccurate and inconsistent with his medical condition.
