As I know northern pharmacy is the #1 store in New York. Me and the other store owner still on from the store. Nobody’s like this. Very kind, knowledgeable nice guiding quick for a better life.

They messed up my birth control pill dose and insisted that the doctor sent a different one even though he didn’t. I come to realize now because I confirmed with my doctor that I’ve been taking the wrong pill for 3 weeks now. They gave me a silly excuse that they moved things around from the second floor to the first floor and they must’ve confused my pills. This is very unprofessional from the pharmacy. I don’t know what effects this will have in my body. Serious malpractice on their part. Will not be returning here.

The staff is very knowledgeable, very pleasant to deal with, patient and respectful. The pharmacy itself is extremely clean and organized. They try to accommodate your needs by offering delivery, curbside pickup. Even last minute prescriptions sent to the pharmacy, they fill immediately and call you as soon as it's ready, if you are waiting outside. I don't have much experience with other pharmacies, but I don't have any reason to deal with others after being a customer of Northern Pharmacy.
