Northern Nevada Urgent Care

I was in and out and my Rxs were sent very quickly to my pharmacy. I'm fact, they were ready by the time I got there. I booked an appointment online and was lucky that on a Sunday morning there was no wait. Very quick and efficient as well as knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated the care and efficiency. I will definitely go back if I need an urgent care in the future.

I had a very good experience for the first time I was at your urgent care. I was taken in in a timely manner filled out my paperwork and paid my bill before that and had a very nice intake person. Also the registered nurse was very thorough and helped me very quickly. The meds seem to be working on me good and I am coughing less and feel better after 2 days. Thank you for taking good care of me.

The staff were all GREAT! They got me in super fast, there was no waiting even the Dr! The X-ray tech was amazing, again, no wait. Overall experience was amazing! Id recommend this place to ANYONE! Even the front desk guy was super friendly which I've often times found that not to be the case in hospitals in the past!

I had a wonderful visit. The front desk staff was so pleasant. He greeted me with a warm smile, gave me precise directions on what paperwork to complete. My m.a. and doctor were both detailed organized, friendly and made me feel welcome. It was a quick visit with my appointment at the urgent care. 5 star staff!

NNUC is a wonderful facility. I was greeted right away and did not have a long wait. The waiting room is clean and the staff is efficient and pleasant. I was treated with concern and professionalism. The nurse practioner was knowledgeable. She spent time with me explaining my illness and the treatment. She made sure I understood the importance of following the directions and to call if I had any concerns. I highly recommend this facility.
