I’d give them negative stars if i could. I brought my husband to the ER because of a tooth infection. He’s in pain, can’t sleep, can’t eat and the doctor only cares about why he’s not at the dentist. (Because it’s a month before he gets seen). The nurse Cherish is dressed like she just woke up. She is rude no personality and also completely could care less my husband is in so my pain. I’m a RN have been for 20 years, I’ve never treated a patient like I’ve been treated or my husband. The nurse (Cherish) gives me nothing but attitude if I ask a question. Honey, my whole world is your patient, and you don’t care! I’m going to ask questions and make sure my husband is taken care of properly. You’re in the wrong field if you can’t handle a tooth infection in your ER. I won’t be ending with j

I brought a friend to the ER last Sunday due to breathing issues, and I was incredibly impressed with the care we received. We were seen immediately, which was such a relief given the situation. Every member of the staff showed genuine concern, paid close attention to my friend’s condition, and explained what they were doing along the way. Everyone we interacted with was kind, professional, and reassuring during a very stressful moment. I’m truly grateful for the excellent care and compassion shown to us. She ended up being admitted and stayed for 5 days. Thank you to the ER and entire hospital team.

My husband had been to this er for the last 4 years. In the time he has shared his stories of staff and conditions. Unfortunate as his condition is, he has experienced numerous hospital ers throughout the area. Although all places have room for improvement this er isn't clear of that. Through all the experience here i can tell you one doctor has been less than desirable. Not a slight against the staff, but the facility looks overwhelming and they are doing the utmost to work with what they have. Problems in any room, staff member, we have had addressed, and they've made it right. Also have given explanation why the day appeared the way it did. NICU- My daughter recently gave birth here, and I can’t say enough good things about the care we received. When my granddaughter had to be admitted to the NICU, the entire staff was absolutely amazing. Every nurse showed incredible compassion and care, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making sure we felt informed and supported during such a stressful time. The doctors were outstanding, and every department involved in her care went above and beyond. We are so grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and expertise of everyone who helped us during this experience.

I have given birth at this hospital and it was amazing so no critique about that the nurses were great and my baby ended up in the Nicu … they were so professional and informative etc … great , I’m talking about the er months later after breast feeding i decided to get Botox which i had had several times before . I woke up extremely dizzy like falling over, my vision was lost, i heard ringing/fullness in my ears and felt numbness in my limbs …. I was having trouble swallowing ….. i thought i was having a stroke … i sat there for three hours! With no supervision , they gave me anxiety meds and sai i had post Partum anxiety ! …. I had botulism from Botox and they dismissed me and questioned if i was depressed or going to hurt my child ! I was like no ! I’m scared I’m dying! I had to ask
