Northern Navajo Medical Center

This hospital needs to retire some of there employees. Came in with my daughter for a toothache and every person who help us was rude for no reason. If you don’t like your leave jeez. But other then that it was a beautiful morning be mad. Hospital is very nice in side.

This place takes for ever ! I don’t know if they short staffed or something i don’t know ! But didn’t see anyone wiping chairs or door handles down and see a lot of people coughing with no masks on or even coving their mouths and the bathroom were just dirty not clean often and the ladies that work here are rude, they need to explain things better to you and read the paper work you bring in , but instead they ask you questions like your the doctor that wrote the paper . Also they didn’t have many hand sanitizer stations just a few here and there. Or have some sanitizer wipe stations where people can wipe down their own chairs or walkers or wheel chair handles or canes! If you come here you need to be very patient. It’s a long wait.

WORST HOSPITAL EVER! I wish i could give it a 0⭐️ but unfortunately its the only hospital on this of the navajo reservation. They dont care about patients, they hardly clean the hospital or even the right way; its so dirty! Another thing, if you dont have a PC they will give you a hard time and if you need an appt they make you wait even longer, especially if its a serious condition that requires a follow up! And the people working the phone will just let it ring and when they answer they have a attitude, not to mention they won't help you and they'll just tell you to call again tomorrow; even though they are right there to schedule a follow up but instead theyll say sorry call tomorrow and hang up. So this is is how you treat your NN people? SMDH, Do better NNMC! Its bad enough you alread

I had a minor medical emergency while visiting the area from The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. I was treated very well by the doctor and staff. And my wait was less than 30 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I was seen..

This place is busy, but the nurses and doctors are usually awesome. The people you catch at the front desk can be rude, but I’m very thankful That this hospital is there for the people thank you
