Photon Genius Super Sauna therapy by Haleh Saberi, I had a great experience here and wanted to share it. I tried the sauna with light therapy, and after just three sessions I already noticed a real difference. My sleep has improved, my stress level feels much lower, and I wake up in the morning with much more energy. Before coming here, I used to drink a lot of coffee just to get through the morning and feel awake. But now I feel like I don’t even need coffee anymore, which was honestly very surprising for me. Haleh, the owner, is very kind and professional, and she creates a very comfortable and welcoming environment. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their well-being. Photon Genius Super Sauna Therapy by Haleh Saberi, I have had type 2 diabetes for about 10 years and recently tried the Super Sauna therapy. I was honestly surprised by the results. After a few sessions, my blood sugar improved, my knee pain decreased, and even the shoulder pain I had started to get better. I also felt a wonderful sense of lightness and relaxation after each session and started sleeping better. Haleh Saberi was very kind and professional. I highly recommend trying it.

Massage was fantastic from start to finish. Andrew took the time to listen to my muscle concerns and spent the appropriate amount of time on those areas. I appreciated him giving examples of stretches and things to do to help with my overall health. Will definitely be returning and highly recommend.
