Northern Light Mercy Walk-In Care

I went to the walk in area and had a quick check in an was in the patient room promptly. I had my vitals done by a very nice woman who was then followed by a nurse practitioner named Annette. She greated me by stating my last name and told me my mask was on backwards. She asked the usual health questions and said I didn't need antibiotics and would be back with treatment instructions. Someone else returned and handed me a sheet of paper which she said to follow the instructions on the paper. I asked if there's anything I particular I should do and she said " no, just read it". I will never return to such rude and unconcerned so-called professionals. I spent $182.00 for poor treatment and hurried me out when it wasn't even busy. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE.

This is the third health care provider that I have had and the one that I have been most happy with..... WONDERFUL and FRIENDLY staff! Whenever I call I actually get through and the wait time is not bad. I was with Martins point but could never get through on the phone ... out of frustration I would always have to drive to their Gorham building in order to talk to someone. I would highly recommend Northern Light Health care for both walk In and primary care.

I went in for an ear infection around 10am on a Monday. I was in and out within an hour, and was able to pick up my prescription as soon as I got to the pharmacy. I thought this was very efficient for a walk in clinic. Dr. Theberge was cordial, explained everything thoroughly and didn’t waste any time diagnosing and prescribing treatment. I would definitely go back in the future if necessary.

Always a good experience. The quick turnaround time is the reason I go here every time I or my children need to be seen for minor health reasons. Working two jobs as a single parent time is everything to me.

Went to this location’s walk in care, waited almost two hours to be greeted by a flustered nurse named Maureen who had absolutely zero patience. She gaslit my symptoms with every question she asked, and at one point I honestly thought she would put her hands on me with the energy she gave off. I had to walk out in a full blown panic attack before I could even be seen by a doctor. Have never had a worse experience from any walk in care. Do not recommend
