Best eye care experience I've ever had! Dr. Sharon Schaffield was incredible. She was kind, caring, and provided both eye health education and genuine conversation. It was the first eye experience I've had where I didn't feel rushed, and instead felt cared for. The receptionist staff were so friendly and welcoming too-- everyone certainly contributed to such a warm and lovely experience. Already looking forward to my appointment next year!

This practice is the very best. Dr. Sharon Schaffield is incredible. She takes time to answer questions and really listens to her patients. The office is always busy and very well managed. Their wait time is minimal. There’s always the normal time of waiting while your eyes are dilated or another patient is urgently being seen for an eye emergency. The new office is bright and comfortable with lovely music playing in the KY background. I recommend Northern Ky Eye for anyone looking for an eye doctor.

I've been going here for years. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Schaffield is outstanding! She takes her time and will not rush you through if you have questions.

Office staff is kind and doc is brilliant, however this whole process has been extremely slow. Not a place to go with small kids or if you have a previous engagement. Selection for eye glasses is terrible. Would not recommend.

I had managed to get superglue in my eye on a Friday night. This office was the only office I could find that was open on a Saturday and they were a God send. The entire staff was prompt, caring, efficient and quick to help me. They went the extra mile for my prescriptions as well when the pharmacy phones were not working at my preferred location. They found the next nearest Kroger to my residential location and called it in there. They gained a lifelong patient with me. The Dr. was very genuine and cared about my discomfort and my fear. So grateful to them!
