What doctor do you know like Dr. Caputo fox that will stop everything she’s doing no matter how busy she is to personally call you back within 20 minutes and not even over anything. That’s dramatic something that most definitely could’ve waited if need be unfortunately for her though you have staff like I believe her name was Brittany. He said definitely late 40s early 50s white girl and her trainee. I’m assuming black women also have he said late 20s early 30s I believe her name was Jeanette. I’m only giving descriptions of appearance because I’m not sure if I have the right names. Their badge is more in the right position so I couldn’t catch, but they need to learn to be kind to patient and discreet should never announce that somebody’s insurance is no longer active or any of their perso

Went to the Scranton office this visit I usually go to Honesdale. It was sooo busy! My appt was at 1:45 but finally got in the room and saw the Dr at 2:20. A long wait but worth it. Dr. Boyce is very thorough and kind. Thank you again for a great visit!

I had the best experience with my 4 year old! Everyone was so kind and welcoming, Dr Alexa explained everything to me and my kiddo before she did anything and made both of us very comfortable. My son was not scared at all and the overall appointment easy and fast! 10/10! Good prices for self paying patients as well!

Dr Abigail Klase was very nice. I felt my exam was thorough and she answered my questions. I didn't feel rushed by her or the staff. The team members I encountered were friendly and pleasnt. The office was clean and professional. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Dr Klase and Northeastern Eye.
