Dr. Muckin is the best eye doctor I have ever been to. I have had glasses for 30 years and have been to several different doctors but Dr. Muckin is by far the best I have ever seen.I forgot have good it is to have perfect eyesight. He is very friendly and professional, as well as all the staff in the Montrose office. Would highly recommend Dr. Muckin.
The eye exam was very good and theough!!! BUT, working with Terri was a nightmare. When l got my bill, the price of my glasses was overcharged, there were add-ons that l had no idea what they were. Im very disappointed NO ONE (and l called several managers, etc) took the time to help me resolve any of my issues. My glasses will be returned!!! Update: a mamager/supervisor finally got back to me. It didn't go as well as l thought it would. I did return my glasses. I would go back for an exam if l had to (my exam was medical & through) but l will never buy from them again!!
Love the new wide angle camera. So easy to understand what is wrong. Photographs really help to follow your eyes over time. I did not need dilation, and I got to see my eye close up with magnification that was not possible before. Well worth the extra $39.00 not covered under insurance.
Best and most thorough eye exam I’ve ever had! Dr and staff were all very kind and professional. Next exam scheduled!!
Alot better than a few years ago. The staff and diction are very nice and friendly. I l8ve going here.
