I am posting on behalf of my Husband, Who is or i should say was , A patient of Dr. Dugar, At first our experience was disappointing my husband went for right shoulder pain , she ran all the test , and came up with rheumatoid arthritis, but still didn't give my husband anything to help with the pain , for 3 months she told him come back , come back , comeback , when she did give him a shot for the pain, both her n her staff where very nice , until last month , my husband had an appointment to see her, However my husband couldn't get the time off to go , to the appointment. And we couldn't call to cancel in advance, so I called today to reschedule or get a new appointment and the office told me that they have a strict office policy that if you are a no show , they cannot give you, A new a

I have been a patient of Dr. Shaifali Dugar for quite sometime. Every thing was going well until few days ago I came to see the Dr. without an appointment with severe pain she has been treating me. The pain was so severe and I thought it was an emergency she would be able to check me and see what she could prescribe me. She got so mad because I came without an appointment that not only she cancelled me as her patient but even threatened to call the police. How improper and unprofessional conduct from a Doctor. I ended up going to ER for treatment and now I am considering hiring a mal practice attorney to look into this matter. I should have read the review before. I would never recommend this doctor and hopefully people reading the reviews make an appropriate judgement.

Update: the practice has discharged me as a patient although with our last visit the doctor had ordered a sonogram for my hands and stated we will do a virtual for no mix ups. As they are stating I am stating false accusations but unfortunately I am not. I stated what the doctor said directly to me in the room I’m glad to know the person who wrote there update down below was in the room with me and the doctor as they can hear through the walls. I myself did not cancel my appointment and gave proof from my existing voicemail and call log. It looks like I may have to take legal actions moving forward and agree with the person who wrote an update that this practice is not a fit for me. I love how understanding and caring Dr Dugar and her team are. Very accommodating when I have queations even if it’s over the phone. She helped me manage my RA and will recommend her 100%

Wish I could give this place a 0 or worse. This was by far the worst medical experience I’ve ever had. I saw this so-called “rheumatologist” twice, and each visit lasted no more than 5 minutes. The office is dirty and unprofessional, and the staff clearly have no idea what they’re doing — the billing department especially. When I asked for my copay back (after being brushed off twice), the doctor actually threatened to call the police on me. Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the doctor dismissed my pain as “psychological,” without even reviewing my MRI or taking my symptoms seriously. Three different specialists since then have confirmed that my back needs treatment before it gets worse — so not only was the care here negligent, it was dangerous. This office has no managem
