The people are SO rude. My mom has back pain and she was referred here to get some shots in her back. She ended up being allergic to a dye that she hasn't had a reaction to and also didn't know she was allergic to because it's been a while. The nurse, nurse aide, whatever SHE WAS, got upset with us for not telling them that she was allergic to something WE DID NOT KNOW SHE WAS ALLERGIC TO.. OBVIOUSLY. Why would we consent to something knowing she was allergic? She had a really bad reaction and she proceeded to go into the next stall with another patient who was being nosy about what was going on with my mom and started mocking her, talking about her and then comparing her to her mom or her grandmother or whoever and saying that my mom was being dramatic or wanted attention. She was obvious

I had a referral for NE Rehab. Never got a call to schedule an appointment so I called their office. Was told they didn't receive the information yet. So I waited and called back the following Tuesday. This was a whole week after the first referral was sent. I was told they never received it but also told they were behind due to staffing and other issues. My doctor's office sent it again that day. Both times my doctor had confirmation of receipt. I called again that Friday due to being told it can take 48 hours to show up. Was told again they didn't have it. So I went elsewhere. Still haven't heard back from this office. Also, the first woman I talked to was very rude and condescending. The other two were nice but not very helpful. If you are in extreme pain I wouldn't wait to be scheduled

Dr.Stokol is the very best! He was able to diagnose me with a condition at age 50 that should have been detected during childhood that no other doctor took the time to find either! For years I was gaslit and to the point where I didn't know if I was crazy! He changed my life so much for the positive I am forever grateful!

I come to this office to receive injections in my back to manage pain. Dr. Connor is wonderful, excellent bedside manner and just a smooth procedure everytime. The surgery center is wilkes barre was wonderful and made me comfortable for my procedures. Highly recommend

This place is terrible, dont waste your time. Asked the doctor to fill out handicap parking form, she fills half of it out..... The assistant said he'd put the prescription in when the appointments over 3 hours later it hasn't been put in i go back he says ill do it now........I asked for ALL the prescriptions to be put through they only did 1....... and the desk lady just rude. I told her I need these prescriptions like today. She says "well it doesnt work that way" and walked away......yes ma'am it does i had an appointment and got my prescription 30 mins later..... UPDATE: i gave them the medical marijuana card at the very first appointment a week later the urine tests come back and they said "oh you have Marijuanain your system we cant give you the meds until the doctor clears it" I to
