Northeast Pharmacy

So many issues and problems with Northeast Pharmacy, I almost don't know where to begin..... 1)Very careless attitude towards accuracy. Several times, medications were missing from pill packets with no explanation, and then they failed to deliver replacements when requested. Other times, medications were delivered that were not requested (and no refunds were permitted for these errors). 2) Pill packets were not always delivered on time, so medication doses were missed (no refunds for the missed doses). 3) Several billing issues were not explained sufficiently. I was once actually told that my mother's statement was incorrect because of a "glitch" in their system, and the representative laughed and told me there no way to fix it! Medication accuracy can have serious implications to people'

Im unable to give half a star or I would. I get my medication pill packed every month and not once have they been ready when due!! So if people dont mind skipping their meds a day or two or more, then this is the place for them. Good luck
