Try to get ahold of my neurologist after hours and they tell me he doesn’t exist and to send a message in patient portal. So much for being able to call your doctor and leave a message with a nurse when you think you’re having a bad med interaction. Waited 3 weeks for a call back because no one delivered my message. The RECEPTION is insanely rude. Telling me to suck it up and wait for a call back like everyone else. Wow okay. The rude cold behavior leaves me no other option but to look for another doctor. Appalled honestly.

Dr Lin works at the Westerly office here (and Gales Ferry) and she is the best doctor we have ever seen. Ever. Dr Lin is patient, and thorough. She explores every Avenue that could be causing your child issue before making sound, well thought out decisions. My infant daughter has reflux and we tried every non invasive method before treating with oral medication, which I highly appreciate given her age. I would drive hours to see her and I am so grateful to have found a wonderful provider for my child!

Never any availability for sick visits, always sends you to a walk-in, useless for parents.
