Dr. Hsing really cares about his patients and is easy to speak with on any topic. He listens to what patients tell him and will make time to see patients if he feels we need to be seen quickly. Highly recommend!

I normally don't leave bad reviews but this one is warranted. If you are uninsured go somewhere else. I told them when I made my appointment that I was uninsured and asked what the cash price for a visit was. They quoted me if I paid today in full I would get a discount and told me an amount. I said that is fine do you have any appointments for today and they did and could get me in. I went in for my appointment. I get to check out and all that was done was an exam and some prescriptions for a sinus infection. No additional tests. I go to checkout and the price is $150 more than I was initially told. Was great when Dr. Moore was there. Truly miss him. I was put on thyroid medication two years ago, and told I had to stay on it FOREVER from them. I do believe I was put on too early. Every visit was very expensive, and they made me come in for blood testing every 3 months (more money and two doctor visit payments each time I had bloodwork). During the shutdown, I told them I had concerns about the expense, as a webvisit was the same cost as an in-person visit. They told me if I don't come in, I don't get medication; too bad, so sad for me. They said well you don't have to worry, your insurance will pay. Well thanks to Obamacare, that is NOT the case. Dr. Rishita Patel is my Go-To physician with her listening, personal care. I have Lupus and she provides care for all of those side-line ailments that come along with this complex disease. Her clinic fits me in quickly into her busy schedule whenever I call in. I recommend her with enthusiasm!

Waiting almost an hour past my appointment time. Would not prescribe a cough medicine to me because she said it was for cancer patients, when I know the it's clearly for the comment cold with cough. (Tusinex) every other Doctor in the practice has proscribed, but now all the sudden this one says it for cancer patients. We're do they GWT these doctors. She also has rejected refilling my maintenance meds. Even though I had just had blood work complete.
