A great shout out for Dr. Trail and all the nurses, ER staff, charge nurses, custodians that helped my 103.5 year old mom through a week long episode at the hospital. We could not have received any better care! Dr. Trail and all the staff treated mom with respect, care, and Dr. Trail has the best 'bed side manner' which is so comforting in health situations. Mom was not herself at times, and she talked to the staff about Baby Ruth candy bars. This staff actually went outside the hospital to buy her candy bars and took them to her. At times she thought Dr. Trail was the electrician. Dr. Trail went right along with her story and told her he was there checking on the lights. It was just heart warming. I am very appreciative to everyone at the hospital during a tough time for my mom. Th

I went to this ER today. I am so impressed. They took great care of me. I was on day 5 of a horrible stomach bug. We are in this part of Georgia for vacation. Everyone I interacted with was so helpful, nice and professional. I was only there about 3 hours total. I am so appreciative and grateful for their help.

Visited NGMC for a mammogram and got the results today! Everyone (including Misty, Victoria, and Wendy) were all so friendly, professional, and pleasant. The lobby has such a relaxing ambience and I only had to wait 2 minutes after completing paperwork until they called me. Love this hospital!

They treated me like an actual human being and the nurses are extremely kind, great bedside manner. Only complaint is that they said I absolutely needed surgery but instead of doing it right away they referred me to a surgeon that doesn’t accept monthly payments from uninsured patients

If I could give zero stars I would, terrible bedside manners, triage not Competent, DIRTY from the entrance door trash and food spoiled on floors and chairs. Then to being admitted to be monitored and having no one monitor/take vitals/everyone gone off the floor until 6 am…. False vitals logged in when no one had been there to do them. Worst experience ever….I understand why I was told to go to another hospital
