Northeast Georgia Dermatology

We had no problems with them personally but Good luck getting a hold of them. They never answer the phone and 1/2 the time their messaging service doesn’t work. Ive been trying to get in touch with them for an appt and have been unsuccessful for over a week. I finally juat drove up there and they are closed during their normal posted business hrs. We unfortunately may be looking for a new dermatologist.

I love Dr Scallon but there are times when a place pops up that needs an immediate look. Waiting 3 months for the next appointment is just inappropriate. The time I was in there, I was the only one in the waiting room so not sure why when I call, they always say 3 months. We need a dermatology clinic in Blairsville. A lot of us are retired and skin cancer is a given.

I have visited Northeast Georgia Dermatology multiple times and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Dr. Scallan took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything thoroughly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Their knowledge and bedside manner were top-notch. Whether you’re going in for a routine check-up or a more specific treatment, I highly recommend Dr. Scallan for anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate dermatologist.

We like Dr. Scallon. However, recent appointment for my husband seemed rushed. Didn't have this problem several years ago. Hope it's not the new norm. :(

HORRIBLE experience with this clinic. The bad reviews regrding their customer service are accurate. I had ZERO record of an upcoming appointment with them. They claim it was made for me by the VA. That never happened, they have no record of it either. The appointment was supposedly made 5 months ago. When I asked them where they sent the appointment confirmation and or reminders, they stated they don't do confirmations or reminders. Yet, this appointment was scheduled for 5 MONTHS LATER DUE TO THEIR NOT HAVING ANY SPACE SOONER, according to them. They have a 5 month wait and they "...don't send reminders." They had no problem sending me a bill for $25 for a missed appointment though. The bill didn't even have their phone number on it so I could call to inquire. It very much fee
