Arrived as scheduled in Sept 2024 to find HVAC installation and no staff on site. Called and they apologized for not reaching me with the notice of cancelations. Rescheduled for 10/20/24 (a Sunday). Called 1 hour in advance to ensure they were open on the Sunday to avoid wasting another hour and ten minute round trip. Their answering service confirmed they were NOT open and they would leave a message with the Concord office to call and reschedule. Then I get a call the same day from the concord office saying they were open and I could come at 10:40… it was 10:05 and I now had a 35 minute drive to make the appointment and avoid a $150 fee. I can appreciate computer systems and foreign answering services making mistakes, but when I (the customer) offered that feedback, I was not heard and wa
