An absolutely despicable company. They will do everything they can to deny a claim; they’ll even pretend not to know state laws, and will deny claims for reasons that are in direct violation of those laws. As soon as you clear up one obstacle, they’ll find another. A greedy, amoral company that doesn’t care about its insured members, only how much cash they can squeeze out of any given scenario.

Usually I am pretty patient with customer service reps, but this one was a jerk. She acted like she was doing us a huge favor and made sure that it was not easy for us to get information about our coverage. She's lucky to have a job.

Do the math yourself, you’re usually better off signing up for a membership based plan or payment plan instead of traditional “insurance” which limits your options as to where you can go and denies coverage for the treatment you need

I strongly suggest avoiding any Delta Dental products at all. Their customer service is non-existent and their coverage is garbage if you need assistance they will not answer the phone I strongly suggest going elsewhere

What an awful experience trying to cancel my coverage. 3 months later and they're still debiting my account. Now I'm told we never received your request. Very convenient on their part. Certainly not worth the auto pay convenience.
