Make sure to get a quote before your service, will perform more tests than you asked for and do not help with any sort of payment plan. Doctor Patel was very nice and helpful on the other hand but the owners are very greedy and unwilling to work with you.

I advise you to come 15 minutes before your appointment because if you are 5 minutes late, your appointment will be postponed.

Not only is Dr.Dunlap a phenomenal doctor she is also very kind and patient. I brought my twins boys to an appointment to be seen by a different MD. After the appointment was over, both of the boys were crying and very unsettled in the room. She went out of her way to come in the and help me. She picked up one of my boys to rock him and calm him down. I was beyond thankful for her and just shows the type of person she truly is. Highly recommend her for both medical care and for a provider who is just genuinely caring.

This group is incredibly frustrating and backwards. Scheduled a new patient appointment for a baby looking for allergy testing and was informed at the appointment they do not do allergy testing on babies. So I was billed for a conversation which could have been avoided with transparency. Have spoke with rude call center staff on the phone trying to schedule an appointment. And to top it off they have a strict and weird policy where do not schedule appointments on the same day for family members, regardless if there is someone else to bring the other family member. Asinine company

My son met with Dr. Dunlap back in early July and she herself was wonderful. Her front desk staff or whoever it is answering the phones however, has been less than helpful or dependable. I have literally been trying for two weeks to get them to fax me a simple medical Records release form, as my family and I have moved out of state and my son has an appointment with his new doctor this week. I have left numerous messages, and when I actually do get lucky enough to actually speak to someone and give them my fax number to send me this form, they never send it. I have been playing phone tag with them, have been told by them at least 3 times now that the form has been faxed over, I have confirmed with them the correct number and they are just not sending it.
