North West Dental Care

I had two visit in 10 days. I had a tooth pulled. I had good customer service from the front office to the Dentist chair. My second visit was a walk in. I am very impressed with the service of the office as well as the medical personnel. It’s a good place to start your dental care. I am changing my dentist office to this office. Good customer services.

All was clean and receptionist was very pleasant and professional. The Dr. was outstanding wonderful and terrific she made me feel very comfortable and she removed my tooth very gently and fast. I am grateful and well pleased to return and make them my personal dentist

I really enjoy my experience here (It’s been going on 4 or 5 years now). The staff that I’ve encountered are all friendly, and professional. I usually am seen, and leave within a timely manner.

The only reason I’m giving this office 2 stars is because the doctor is nice. This office needs a new front desk person. They never pick up the phone. They don’t return calls. I’ve been trying to get in contact with this office for 3 weeks. If my daughter hadn’t already started the process I would be going to a different office.

Everyone were polite to me and they listened to my fears and made feel comfortable. I left happy and pleased. I would recommend to go there. Very pleased
