really cozy and convenient. I keep staring at the jersey girl chocolate bars, without getting one. I guess one could say cramped but hey there's a lot of stuff, so not really. They held my 3 prescriptions for a week which coincided well with the time my 4th prescription was ready. Actually better than the RiteAid in Belvidere, that I used to go to, until it closed.

This is the most unprofessional group of pharmacists and pharmacy techs I have ever seen. Despite HIPAA laws, the pharmacists constantly yell over a tall counter to ask personal questions about your refill - you can’t even see who you are taking to. The pharmacy techs talk loud and it’s all within earshot of everyone. I even had a pharmacist follow me down the gift aisle and start up a conversation with me about my medicine - right there in the aisle! I expressed my concern and his response was “It’s okay. I never said the name of your medicine”. There is no concern for privacy at this place whatsoever. No one lowers their voices. Anyone waiting for a prescription can overhear everything. It’s uncomfortable and unlawful. If it were the 1990s it would be a different story - but serio

Today was the second bad experience I had with my local pharmacy and I am so disappointed. I always make it a priority to do business with small local privately owned businesses. The first bad experience was on a Sunday last summer when the manager decided to close the store ten minutes early. She and her staff all drove past me in the parking lot as I got out of my car. One of the staff said “it was slow today so we closed early….come back on Monday”. Today is my second bad experience. I had a prescription order called in by my doctor’s office on Monday and apparently the prescription is on back order. Nobody from the pharmacy called me. The weekend pharmacist who is on duty right now, got nasty with me and walked away when I started asking questions. I explained that I need the medicat

On May 24th I attempted to refill a prescription at North Warren pharmacy but received a call from the doctor’s office that there was a problem and I could not refill the medication. It was then that the pharmacist and staff did all they could to clear up the confusion and through their continuous efforts I was able to get my medication. Their persistent efforts help me and I would recommend this pharmacy without reservation.
