Customer Reviews
The front office staff, especially Barbara, the older lady, are extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They have no sense of customer service and make the entire experience unpleasant. The doctor is nice, but the staff completely ruin it. They seriously need to be replaced.
Dr Jose Lopez is unprofessional and rude! I don’t recommend this place at all. I went into see him. He was very arrogant talked about his expensive car. He didn’t listen to me at all. He got an attitude with me telling me I don’t need surgery and no dr will touch it. I was in severe pain on crutches. He dismissed anything I said. His tone was loud rude and clear. The staff is just as bad! I went to a new dr who listened to me and agreed I needed the surgery. I had the surgery from a better place. I’m no longer in pain and I’m now walking without help. Stay away from this place! I don’t know how this dr has a license seriously.
I have been calling from August 3 rd. I have a spinal problem and want to talk to doctor. 5 times I called—silence 3 times left a message, no response. This is dangerous Are they humans ?? Doctors. Medical field?? Or …. I can’t believe this. I want to talk to my doctor Louis C . I’m very very disappointed.
This doctor supposedly specializes in hand surgeries. How does someone receive a PhD and commit to the Hippocratic Oath required by law yet disregard care and pain when a person comes in with clear evidence of tendon tear with additional tissue damage off an MRI (causing constant pain) and tech analysis yet conveniently dismisses the info, so he can claim "INFLAMMATION" and brushes a potential client off as someone else's problem for a so-called "second opinion"? Is this the Twilight Zone? Is this not fraud? This should be a violation of the Hippocratic Oath! He needs to pull his head out his ass fast and get his act together and stop falsifying original Technician's/Doctor's analysis!
Doctors are great. The receptionists are horrible.
