I went into the emergency room for severe pain and the staff were kind, helpful, comforting, and considerate. They did the necessary test, got me referrals, and gave me an IV with medication to make me comfortable. I cannot recommend them enough!

The nurse Jossette Colorico was in care of our grandpa. He later told us how rough she was with him and said things I will not write here to him when she thought no one else could hear. She acted nice when we were there, but it sickens me now. Go somewhere else.

You guys have a couple employees who are very racist and speak about ICE! Absolutely ridiculous that you have someone in healthcare speaking down on other ethnicities. Kinda makes me wonder how differently people are treated by the color of skin. Shame.

I've never seen a hospital treat people over the phone so horrible they cut you off in the middle of a question and transfer you before you can even explain why you are calling this is the 3rd time I've been in this position. All I wanted to know is if my dad is in there. Stop cutting people off. I hope they actually treat there patients better than they do to the people who call there hospital for information. I well say there is one guy there that has been good and that guy is is the only reason I'd give this hospital one Star ⭐

Had a sore on my leg that wouldn't heal. Went to Dr and was told infection&given antibiotics. Finished them, still worse. Went back total of Three times to three different Dr's each with the same diagnosis and more antibiotics. Once again, thank God for ALTRU! One visit and got a correct diagnosis of Peripheral Artery Disease, a MUCH more serious disease that could have cost me my leg! MUCH LOVE ALTRU from this two 🦵 patient!!
