The office staff is truly amazing. Kacey took the time to really listen to me, explained my options clearly, and genuinely asked what I wanted to do. In the past five years, every doctor I’ve seen has dismissed my concerns and never offered me choices, so this experience meant so much to me. I finally felt heard and respected. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate and attentive care.

Dr. York and his team have been great to my husband and I through our entire pregnancy journey so far. We were recommended to them by a friend of mine and we’ve been very pleased. They’re quick to communicate and respond to our questions. The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced.

There’s a reason there isn’t a waiting list at this office. My experience with this practice was extremely disappointing from start to finish. When I first called to schedule my annual exam and medication refill—medications I’ve been stable on for over 10 years—I spoke with Jenna, who quoted me one price for the visit. When i was billed, the actual charge was nearly three times higher. It felt misleading and very frustrating. I was also told my medical records had been obtained from my previous provider, but during my visit it was clear that information was either not reviewed or not available, despite multiple conversations beforehand. The care I have received at North Springs Ob/Gyn has been fantastic! This is our first pregnancy & we are so happy with this practice! The front desk staff, MAs and providers are all lovely people and make us feel so comfortable at every appointment! We never have to wait long in the waiting room, we never feel rushed, and they genuinely care. We can’t wait to officially meet Dr. York in the New Year! Kacey Combs the NP & Makenzi Miller the PA have been awesome so far! We can’t wait for our next appointment!

I love this place! Makenzi is an amazing PA. It was my first time coming in for a women’s wellness exam, and I was a little nervous. However, Makenzi carefully explained everything and was so kind. The other staff members who took care of me were also amazing. I highly recommend this place!
