North Smithfield Urgent Care

I am sharing this review for my mother in law. She had a 5 ⭐️ experience here after an accident last week. Everyone from check-in to leaving was very patient, kind and helpful. She appreciated the top notch care and would like to send her thanks to the staff that assisted her.

Super friendly and respectful staff, i went in for a really bad sinus infection and they helped me out immediately. This place is very convenient, it's on my way home from work so it will probably be my go-to in the future. The orderly and doctor (Chelsea?) who saw me were polite and respectful, and I was seen very quickly. I would absolutely recommend.

I had cut my finger with potato peeler and could not stop bleeding On 20 Jan 2026. I got there exactly at 8pm when they were closing Jasmin let me in I was so appreciated. I have low immune issues and feared going to ER Dr Nicholas Minior worked with Jasmin to stop the bleeding which took almost two hours so he could give me 5 stitches. I left there at 10 pm. How devoted they were to me and my need. I wish to Thank them for taking me and caring so much for a patient Thank you Sue

Very nice and respectful staff. I wish I could give them 10 Stars. I went there with my son a few months ago,4 mins before they close and the accepted us and they all wanted until we’re done. I went to another Urgent care before I went to North Smithfield urgent care, 30 mins before they close and the refused to treat my Son because it was late and don’t have time for us. I really appreciate it that you accepted us in the last 4 mins and you had compassion.

Your receptionists are extremely rude, nasty and very disrespectful! I have never felt that uncomfortable and that disrespected in my life. They treated me and my son like we were a burden to them and how dare we come to them with a medical issue. It was so bad that I took my son to be treated somewhere else. I will never step foot in that door again. Management needs to replace both receptionists and take some responsibility for their nasty and unprofessional behavior. Obviously I'm not the only person who has experience this awful treatment from your office. Looking at your reviews it looks like you treat all your patients this way. Maybe management should be replaced as well as receptionists!
