Dr. Siegel is the best doctor you will be able to get for your children. He is so educated, Knowledgeable, kind & What’s your child first?. You just can’t get better in adapter.

The Docs are really nice BUT they the people at the front desk(check-in, check-out and scheduling) are so RUDE. Why have these sorts of employees to at the front! I hate coming there now.

We have had nothing but a great experience at the Ironwood location for over 3 years and my kids have gotten sick or hurt OFTEN. They have been super kind, responded quickly and accurately, have always gotten in immediately when there has been urgency, and never had to wait more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. We have seen almost every doctor and they’ve been great. Billing is timely and makes sense. Prescriptions are sent right away. Dr. Mattia is so so kind, helpful, and patient. I don’t know how she does it all but we are grateful.

Dr. Barcellona is a great Doctor. Sadly the administration/office staff is not. There is no way of communication other than portal. If you would like to speak with assist, Sasha, she is always with patients. If you would like to speak with office manager, she is always away from phone. You will need good luck not needing anything from office other than an appointment. They are very good getting nee patients. They answer very quickly if you need to book an appointment.

Unreal..waited 22 minutes to speak to someone to schedule an appointment for my daughter, after all that time I hear the phone ring 2, 3 times, then line goes dead? They have NO WAY to message anyone because their patient portal has been disabled since mid-October 2022, and isn't up yet? No way to message a triage nurse, or anyone else for that matter. My kids have been coming here since birth, but I think it's time to move on. The Dr's have always been wonderful, but their whole office/phone system is 👎🏼 Be warned...
