North Scott Pharmacy

I'm so pleased to have a small, locally owned pharmacy in our town. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences with the staff. They're always helpful, always knowledgeable and open to consultations. They have even given me an extra heads up phone call from time to time, when an RX turned out to be uncovered or very expensive.

I have picked up prescriptions from Northcott pharmacy before, but I will no longer do it again very frustrated with their service unprofessional . The staff is very rude and it seems like they don’t know what they’re doing. They do not work with the doctors very well either. It took three straight days to straighten out a mess . It is very apparent that they are not willing to work with the customer .

I just had the worst customer service from a tech (K). The owner and other staff members witnessed it and none of them stepped in. I am a regular customer and am extremely disappointed. Considering switching after my encounter. Shame on such terrible service from a small town business.

I love the thought of having a small town pharmacy however I have never seen the small town friendliness. Staff is rude, not helpful in solving insurance difficulties, and certainly not friendly. They don’t smile or make eye contact when you walk in. I felt invisible. They don’t offer to help figure insurance issues out even if it is a simple phone call to follow up on a Rx request. I have gone In For over the counter meds and they don’t come out from the counter to help even though there were 4 girls working. I have seen them slam the phone down after talking to someone. I felt like I was walking into a strangers house not a small town business. I work in a medical office where costumer service is our number one priority. It is extremely frustrating when they don't work with you at all. They don't let you know when your script is ready to be picked up or when they don't carry something or if there's an insurance issue or if they are out of your script. They just let you figure out out when you show up to pick up.
