Unfortunately, I had a very uncomfortable experience at North Ridge Integrative Health. While I initially came for chiropractic care, I also booked a massage session — and I was deeply disappointed by how unprofessional it felt. The massage therapist crossed personal boundaries and made me feel extremely uneasy. What was supposed to be a relaxing, therapeutic appointment turned into a situation that left me anxious and upset. I expected licensed professionals who respect clients' comfort and safety.
