North Puget Sound MRI

January 2026 - They are truly about money and not about customer service here. It is very hard to reach them and the phone always goes to voicemail. We had to reschedule an appointment and I understand my husband had called to cancel since our cat went missing that day and we had to search for him. Our cat is still missing the last 2 weeks and it is very heartbreaking. I explained this on the phone to the receptionist Sonja and she had absolutely zero empathy or compassion and just said “well anyway we require 24hr cancelation ahead of the appointment time so if it happens a second time we will not schedule anymore appointments” . I don’t expect someone to break down crying on our behalf but a simple “I’m sorry to hear that” is what shows that you’re human. These people have no empathy or

This may be premature or maybe not. I have been trying to reach this place for a week. I am hoping to use them for a test in April and just want to make sure they they do a particular type of MRI, confirm insurance, etc. 2 emails and a call where I left voicemail and nothing yet. What is up with these folks? UPDATE: Sonya returned my call today so I upped my rating based solely on this. They are unable to provide the test that I need but she did offer some suggestions.

The staff here were so helpful in arranging my MRI as quickly as they possibly could. With only one person responsible for all the front desk tasks, I found it worked best to leave a voicemail and the receptionist was great about calling back within 24 hours. When my primary care physician kept messing up faxing my order over, the MRI receptionist was really kind and helpful in problem solving that with me. The MRI tech was also really kind in talking me through the experience as it was my first MRI.

They were great! I’m not sure why people have posted they didn’t get a call back. I got a call back same day. The woman at front desk was super nice when I told her I was nervous. And maybe that’s why the technician walked me through the procedure before we got started. All and all it was a good experience and not at all scary like I thought it would be.

No one ever answers the phone. When I finally got a call back I missed it, and they left only the same number which they do not answer. Then when I finally spoke with Sonja she was condescending and rude.
