She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in my treatment plan. Jenny and the entire staff were also amazing throughout my orthodontic journey. I've been a patient of doctor Chen's for a few years now. She is one of the few doctors that I see whose primary motivation is not profit, but rather patient care. My orthodontic appointments with doctor Chen are never rushed and she patiently answers all questions that I have. I've found Dr. Chen to be an excellent communicator, very detail orientated and thorough and caring. Dr. Chen and her office staff are friendly and approachable. Dr. Chen is not only has strong technical skills, but great bedside manner as well. My prior orthodontic treatment over the last 25 years with other orthodontists made me realize & appreciate just how amazing Dr. Chen is. Dr. Chen and staff have been most kind and pleasant after having had an unpleasant one from another orthodontic office. It was a breath of fresh air. She and the staff responded quickly to my questions and requests, and I had many :). Thank you Jenny for completing all those forms for my son's documents for West Point.
