I think you folks over rely on text messaging. My hygenist was wonderful. I have several cavities to fill i i was surprised i didnt have any actual repair instead of just a cleaning. Meanwhile my cavities get worse. I had planned to see of there was another general dentist beside dr. Lamb. I didnt really feel very comforatable with his bedside manner. It appeared as though dr. Lamb either doesnt speak english well or he just shakes his head yes and ignores what you are saying. I dont like that. So i didnt get any active cavities taken care of which i find strange. I honestly dont really feel dr. Lamb has built any long term stratedgy for my care. He did fill one filling last time. I found it a very uncomfortable process. I asked for gas several times and he just ignored me. He fill

The office is clean, well organized, and you can tell they truly care about their patients. Overall, I’m very happy with the level of care and professionalism I received. I highly recommend this dentist and the entire office. Everyone is friendly and professional. I recently got new crowns on my top front teeth, and I really appreciated Dr. Pham’s precision and attention to detail when making decisions about them. They look beautiful! My pain was very manageable, and the staff was kind and caring throughout the entire process. I’m looking forward to getting more work done here to complete my smile.

The welcoming & professional staff @ North Port Oral Surgery and Dentistry supported me throughout my initial consultation on 3/5/2026. My interaction w/Dr. Burne was relaxed, informative as he offered me two option plans for the removal of my tooth extraction. I would highly recommend this dental practice for your consideration.

We scheduled a visit solely for retainer replacement and paid $625 out of pocket. When booking the appointment, we were told the exam should be covered by insurance. After the visit, we were billed an additional $56.80 for a limited exam that consisted of a very brief visual check by the dentist. Despite the misunderstanding at scheduling and the significant out-of-pocket payment, management refused to waive the charge as a courtesy. As a result, this office lost our family’s ongoing dental care over a $56 fee that could have been easily resolved. We canceled future appointments and will be seeking care elsewhere. I strongly recommend confirming exact billing codes and out-of-pocket costs in writing before scheduling.
