North Pointe Care Center

We came to visit our wonderful friend that’s here and have come couple times , staff are very friendly and helpful, the place is well-kept Definitely need some updates that’s why I put 4 stars but I also understand the circumstances.

Do not judge a book by its cover. Yes the building is old and very depressing but the Staff and Administration are the very best I have witnessed. My father has been in numerous skilled nursing facilities and the entire staff has been superior to all of them.if you prefer care over appearance, this is the place for your loved ones.

North Pointe is a great place that I had a great experience with. Most of the staff showed a genuine interest in helping whenever there was a need brought to them. There's a different feeling to their rehab team that provide service too! I enjoyed the support they gave 110%

I transferred my Mother to the facility after 2 trips to ER, 2 admits to the hospital & 2 weeks at a skilled care center and a lot of frustration. My mother was hallucinating though 97 this was abnormal for her it seemed that everyone wrote it off because of as dementia, Alzheimer’s and it was to expected. I asked where else I could transfer her to & they suggested Norwood Pines the doctor I meant with told me she didn’t belong there because she didn’t have Alzheimer’s but he thought he could “fix” her. The staff was very caring to all the patients and treated them very well. My Mom came home today and they did “fix” her.❤️

Norwood Pines, is a wonderful place. My Mom has been there since July 2014, and i have never found her uncomfortable, scared, or in a dangerous predicament. They have a terrific staff, who respects & truly cares for each of their residents. She gets great nutritional meals, bathed 2 times a week, and treated to numerous events. They have musical shows weekly, & daily group classes, which stimulate their brains & are fun too! They have a full rehab, nursing, maintenance, activity, & culinary staff that are quality trained, while being terrific caring folks! I thank God, every day for Norwood Pines, they love & care for my Mom daily. <3
