North Point Healthcare & Wellness Centre

My mother who is 99yo. And possibly the oldest living woman Marine; has been at Northpoint healthcare and rehabilitation center for over 18 months now; Mom has received wonderful compassionate care, from a great competent staff; in a beautiful, incredibly clean and friendly environment. We feel blessed that my mom is in one of the best possible places for her, in this phase of her life. I sincerely appreciate the administration, nursing staff and housekeeping workers for all their passionate dedicated work.

Jamie was the most helpful, awesome person I have met in a long time. She took us on a tour, explained everything so eloquently! You have a gem with Jamie! We hope our Mom gets to stay at such a beautiful facility with such a lovely employee like Jamie. This is the place I would trust my Mom to go!!

Thanksgiving dinner was set up in the dining room for our family could be with mom. The food was actually very good! The staff was kind, helpful, patient and very gentle with mom. We all had a pleasant day.

From day one, the staff at Northpoint have been amazing. From the cleaning lady to the receptionist, business office, CNA’s, RN’s, and department supervisors. They are attentive, caring, and always kind (even when the residents and/or family members may be feeling angry or frustrated or demanding….). Everyone helps each other so the residents get the best of care. My mom has been there just over a month and I have spent a lot of time there visiting so I can attest that these aren’t isolated experiences. I highly recommend Northpoint Center and give them the highest rating.
