Everyone was very nice and helpful through out my procedure. The dentist was very polite and explained what he was doing during the root canal. I would recommend this practice to anyone who needs a good place to go for any treatment of this kind.

Don’t even know where to start first of all I’m not a fan of any Dentist, but when I walked in to that office, the staff was so friendly so kind made me feel extremely comfortable. I give them a 10+ once I went into the room, the young lady that took my x-rays and sat me down was extremely knowledgeable of what was gonna happen and answered all my questions it made me feel at home once the doctor walked in. He was above and beyond personal and friendly and made me experience a totally different world when it comes to the dentist thank you all I give everyone there 10 1/2.

While the doctor and the front office staff were great - very nice and polite, the technicians/hygenists were terrible. My first time there, I was getting the 360 x-rays. The tech told me to "step back" so I took a step back. She quickly and angrily said, "No! Move your head back and bite down on the line." If that is what you wanted me to do, why wouldn't you say that instead of "step back." Just really rude! Today, I had a root canal done, and another tech got frustrated with me because they couldn't get a good xray while I had a dental dam in my mouth and my mouth was completely numb. She kept telling me to move my tongue, and I thought that I was, but I couldn’t tell because I was numb from the root canal. And I had the dental dam and clamp in my mouth!! I am, like many, of that age group where dentistry was not kind to us. Today’s anxiety, because of the dental history, is overwhelming. North Penn Endodontics was very sensitive to that; showing empathy and compassion. I am on the other side of my root canal, and everything went according to plan. I give this practice my highest recommendation.

2nd trip to North Penn recently and both times were as pleasant as dental work can be. Appointments available in a reasonable time, friendly staff at the desk and the exam rooms. Got me in and out quickly, which is always appreciated.
