North Park Nursing Center

My mother has been a resident at North Park for almost a year and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care she receives. She truly loves it there, and it’s clear that the staff make all the difference. Everyone is incredibly attentive and genuinely caring toward the residents. The team consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that my mom feels comfortable, respected, and engaged. She’s especially happy about the daily activities that keep her active and socially connected — there’s always something to look forward to. As a family member, it gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands. I would wholeheartedly recommend North Park to anyone looking for a place where their loved one will be well cared for and truly valued.

I was a patient for several months, went in with broken femur and cirrhosis. It was a very hard struggle but credit a good deal of recovery to them. I find treating the staff good means you get the same respect. Took me awhile to figure that out but they have an extremely difficult job. The executive staff is top notch all the way and the rehab department is PRO!

It's a clean and warm environment. Staff is really good and the dining has an option if you don't like what they bring. I am pleased with the care that my sister gets and she seems real comfortable. I thank God that led her there.

After a stay in the hospital, I was sent to North Park Nursing Center for additional therapy and assistance. The physical and occupational therapists were professional and friendly. They provided a variety of activities to strengthen my core, increase my range of motion, and improve my endurance. They motivated me to work hard and do my best so I was able to transition back home again after about 5 weeks of therapy. Unfortunately, the therapists and the Activities staff were the best things about North Park. The food was horrible! Residents are given very little choice about the food they are served, and it is served lukewarm at best. The nurses are helpful and knowledgeable, but the worst part was the Nursing Assistants.
