I always have a great experience at North Mountain Dental, both in person and on the phone. The receptionist is helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable and the staff is efficient and thorough. Dr. Karydes is also very efficient and easy to get along with.

Super efficient and welcoming staff.I feel in very capable hands here. Dr.Karydes has a calm manner which I so appreciate and it makes me at ease for procedures He always patiently answers my questions .The hygienist is through and professional. The secretary it very competent and gets everything done in a timely manner.I highly recommend this great office!

This has been my go to dentist for my family for the past 10 years. They are through, efficient and nice people all around. I have always had a good experience.

Had a terrible experience - the hygienist is not vaccinated, which is bad enough since she would've been inside my mouth, breathing into my face for 15+ minutes during the cleaning. What makes it worse is that the receptionist LIED to me about it (I don't usually go to doctors who lie to me) and the hygienist yelled at me that my asking her was a HIPAA violation (it's definitely not since I'm not a medical provider). Needless to say I did not go through with the appointment and will not return.

Everyone is polite and professional. The hygienist is the best! Always feel well taken care of in their hands.
