I appreciate the care that was given from the start of registration to the completion of my procedure. All of the employees I met were pleasant willingly answered my questions they were very attentive. The process was very quick and I felt comfortable. I was nervous about the in - out surgery. The nurses were really nice and it made me feel relaxed. I would recommend Northside hospital to others.

Patients should be aware that imaging services performed at Northside Hospital will result in two separate bills: one from Northside Hospital for the facility fee and another from North Metropolitan Radiology Associates for the professional interpretation. This is standard practice, but it can be surprising if you’re not expecting it.

My appointment was for 9:00am. I did not get called back until 10:30 am! Meanwhile they had NO problem taking my payment 20 mins into my hour and a half wait.

My husband and I went to the Duluth facility on Howell Mill Rd. It was a pleasure to wait in a comfortable seating arrangement and be called on fairly quickly! No problem getting my CT scan. In and out within a half hour of our appointment time!

They are terrible! Stay away from them completely! If possible, I would rate them below zero stars.
