Mccabe is a godsend! I pulled a muscle/pinched a nerve in my right leg, and after two massages and a full adjustment, finally started to feel "normal" again... it's a process, but he takes the time to assess what your body is going through, where it's at, and what he can do to help. He listens. Which I find is rate in this day and age in any type of medical or wellness field. Thank you!!!! I'll be back.

McCabe is great! He fixed me up after being in a lot of pain. He is very professional and will not push you to come back for more visits if it is not necessary. Plus the atmosphere there is very relaxing to be in. Would recommend!

I went in without any recommendations, which I seldom do. I wasn’t sure I needed massage or chiropractic care. McCabe is a miracle worker! He knew what to do to relieve a lot of aches and pains. I highly recommend him.

This is a review of the deep tissue massage that I received from chiropractor McCabe Plaas…which was outstanding! I am a visitor to the area and appreciated his willingness to accept me as a non-client. I had been dealing with a 2-week long piriformis issue that made sitting on chairs and in the car very uncomfortable. Dr. Plass was professional in all ways: 1) took time to listen carefully to my concern, 2) asked about my preferences for pressure, 3) checked along the way to see how I was feeling, and 4) showed me stretches after it was over. But most important to me was his knowledge of the interconnectedness of muscles, ligaments, tendons. The big difference between an okay massage and a great massage is someone who understands the mechanics and structure of the musculoskeletal system
