There is not enough space to tell you how wonderful, professional and caring the staff at North Jersey PT is.They were recommended to me when I had bilateral knee replacement in 2024. Pre surgery I went to another PT place and they were good but nothing compared to North Jersey PT. What a great staff, from when you walk in and Haley greets you and she develops a schedule for you. I worked with Cara and she was so professional, caring and so nice to be with. She also developed a plan for me to do exercises at home which speeded my recovery. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ North Jersey Physical Therapy Group is truly outstanding! Cara is the best physical therapist—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in her patients’ recovery. The assistants, Bri, Nicole, and Marco, are all fantastic as well. They’re helpful, friendly, and make every session run smoothly. And a big shout-out to Hayley, the best receptionist—always welcoming, organized, and on top of everything. I couldn’t be happier with the care and support I’ve received here. Highly recommend!

This is the absolute best physical therapy group I have ever experienced!! From the front desk with Hailey at the helm I feel welcome and comfortable. And during my physical therapy Hailey comes over to see how I’m doing! Then onto my session with Cara. From day one I felt from the session I would feel better from each physical therapy session. The key word is the CARE I received. After each session I knew I was feeling better with less pain and better mobility. After only a few weeks, I felt significant improvement and relief of pain in my shoulder. Cara and her team work very hard to assist their patients and it’s apparent that they genuinely care and are passionate about their work. Everyone is so kind! Hailey at the front desk made me feel welcomed from the very first day. Most importantly, the staff is always hands-on and ensuring the exercises are done correctly.
