I’ve always been treated with respect and care no matter what the issue is or whenever it may occur. I have witnessed this staff on multiple occasions do whatever they could to move patients around in order to make it possible or more convenient for me to be rescheduled or seen at all, even without a scheduled appointment in an emergency (to me) situation. I’ve never witnessed anything other than concern, kindness or respect from their entire staff. I have been a patient at this office for over 14 years, and will gladly remain a patient with this staff throughout my lifetime. Dr. Joseph Jackson, Jr. is perhaps the best doctor I’ve ever had in my life. All other doctors, nurse practitioners and nurses (including front desk staff) are great as well. I have been going here since they opened, once I had my 5 Daughters they all started going here. I wouldn't recommend anyone to any other office. They treat you like family. They try to make you feel relaxed.

I have been going to Dr Shelley Griffin since Mid 70 .been here at this office since 1998 . I don't know who came up with the idea for the waynesboro office to answer Wrens phones but it is stupid !!!! Young lady in waynesboro was very rude

Called in to make an appointment and the lady at the desk told me "you haven't been here for 5 years we don't want to see you". That was her words, thought maybe she would say 1 or 2 weeks but, no, she basically said don't come here.

This “doctor’s office” does not want your business. God forbid you need medical help and are not from the immediate area. Have to get medical records from old doctor just so the doctor can decide if they want to see you. In it for the money not to help people.
