North Hills Life Care & Rehab has been a blessing for our Mother/Mother-in-law for over two years. We are thankful for the exceptional care, kindness and compassion she receives there. We have peace of mind knowing she is safe and receives the care and attention she needs. We highly recommend North Hills Life Care & Rehab.

This is the most beautiful and uplifting place I’ve ever been in. I wish one sentence could describe how I feel about them. From time I met with the check in person, the Doctor, Nurses, R.Ns, assistants, Physcal therapists, pharmacists, Everyone. There. I am so grateful to be there. they make a person feel a part of a family and reach out to your heart and spirit. I am so grateful and blessed to be here for my rehab journey. Bad! No one knows anything, hears anything from other nursing staff such as information passing from one to another, needing 2 eat before pills or care if patients are left without being tended to. They also blame 'i just got here' or 'isnt there someone in there now' on why an elderly with 2 broken legs is left half an hour without using the bathroom when staff was notified while other procedures were waiting on this. Terrible. I will never use this facility again!

Our family has found the staff to be compassionate professionals who go above and beyond our expectations for the care of our loved one.

My husband Ron was a patient in the rehab wing for two weeks. The therapy staff is outstanding! The meals are very good, a little heavy of fried foods and sweet deserts (he is diabetic). The nursing staff and the aids are very caring. My only fault lies with the under staffing of aid staff. All aids work very hard and could use additional help!
