Thank you so much to Dr. Holly and everyone at North Haledon Veterinary Care. Dr. Holly is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. She took the time to review my cat’s history, explained all the best possible options, and created a treatment plan that finally resolved an issue my cat had been struggling with on and off for years. Today, my cat is healthier than ever, she’s gained her weight back and her quality of life has improved tremendously. Our dog had severe diarrhea for a few days—he wasn’t drinking, wasn’t eating, and it was completely uncontrollable. We were very worried and scared for him. Thankfully, the Veterinary Care was able to give us a same-day appointment. The doctor Steven M. was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to speak with us, explained all of our concerns, and prescribed the right medication. They did everything they could to treat our dog, and within just a few hours, the diarrhea stopped. I’ll never forget the kind nurse who helped with the treatment—even though our dog scratched her, she was so gentle and caring. This office truly deserves 10 stars! Terrible experience. I waited almost 2 hours to see the vet. And there was only 1 person ahead of me. Waited an hour in the lobby and then an hour in the exam room. No explanation, no follow up. No apology when the vet arrived. Vet did not answer my questions and was condescending. Tried to up charge me services that were objectively not needed. Would not recommend at all.

Dr Mansfield has been caring for my pets for the last 25 years. I have always had a great experience with North Haledon Veteranary. They are very caring and my pets are well taken care of during any of the procedures they have had. All my kitties have lived long and healthy lives from their care and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
