I needed to get usage reports from my husband's CPAP machine. I was not even a customer of the Pharmacy. They printed the reports (from the scan card I had) while I waited and didn't even charge me. Needless to say, when I am in the market for durable medical supplies, I WILL be their customer. I will also recommend them to my friends. Everyone working there was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful and attentive. They even offered a pay plan on a very expensive piece of equipment we had to purchase.

My experience with the staff behind the counter is very good. They are always polite and professional. My experience with the pharmacy is really mixed. If you have a compound, my suggestion is that you call it in at least two weeks early, not because it takes them very long to fill it but because for some reason there often seems to be a problem with it. Once they claimed they have got in touch with the doctor and did not have an updated phone number. So they were calling the wrong place. That problem is behind us. This last time I called in an Rx, even though I was supposed to have three refills, I only got two: the second one one that I got was marked as not refillable. Supposedly they called doctor’s office. Several days later that doctor’s office had no message from them when I

Went here for the first and last time. Upon walking in I was weirdly stared at what I thought was a mannequin, I was not sure which counter to go to so I went to the first one. So she sent me to the second one. My caseworker from Healthy Start had already called to verify if they give you free prenatal pills. They ask me a lot of questions and everyone was looking at me funny and there whispers under there breath. Not to mention when they gave them to me the was NO name on what prenatal pills to tell me what I was taking. I do not just take any medication without researching it first. I never took them because I couldn't research them to see what I was taking. I didn't just take they word for it. So I just went and purchased some prenatal pills myself. I will not be back here.
