Took my daughter in to be seen to be evaluated for pneumonia or possible other lung issues. She has high anxiety and autism. Triage was performed up front in the check in desk, doctor said lungs sounded positive for pneumonia and ordered a chest x-ray. The front desk then put us in a side room with stored furniture where we waited an hour. Asked him if the x-ray would be soon, as she began having other symptoms. Was told the x-ray tech was looking for us. Waited 20 more minutes watching people with wrist pain that came in an hour after we arrived get their x-ray and leave and patient after patient got a room but we were in a storage doorway. Left and nobody even noticed. Was seen at another ER where we were told her lungs were perfect, ZERO cause/symptoms to chest x-ray. Staff was patient

The best experience I could’ve asked for, all things considered. I walked in and was immediately brought back into a room. Every single person I encountered was kind, polite, efficient and caring. I received comprehensive treatment and felt very well cared for. Should the need arise, I will return here. Alex was my super friendly RN. He made me feel very comfortable and Kristen Williams was a great practitioner. She was thorough in her examination, tests and answering my questions.

I had an amazing experience at this ER. I took my 10 year old here last week when he was in need of a few stitches. Everyone treated him with kindness and respect. From the front desk staff to the doctors, everyone was wonderful. Unlike most emergency rooms, we didn't wait hours for the next person to walk in the room to take an x-ray or provide medicine. It was a very smooth, efficient process. The whole visit took under two hours. Highly recommended!

(LONG POST) I went here in the beginning of my pregnancy (roughly 5 1/2 weeks) because I tested positive for Covid and had bad spotting. As soon as we walked in the door around 11:00am they ran my husband out and said he couldn’t be in there with me. I got called back to the room and they wanted a urine sample and ordered an ultrasound. I didn’t get the ultrasound until around 3 o’clock. They wouldn’t let me see the ultrasound or tell me anything about what was going on, around 2 hours later I had to call the nurses station to see if my results were back and they finally sent someone in to let me know what was going on. The man then tells me that my baby is not in the correct place that I’m having an ectopic pregnancy and says he’s sending me to north Florida by ambulance to “deal with it”

Took my son here today for an injury that we debated needed stitches. From the minute we walked in the front door to the time we left was less than 1 hour. The paramedic checking us in directed basic info questions to my son (he's 9 and was very proud of himself for not crying while injured). We were directed to the room where the PA Ashley met us at the door and was phenomenal. She was comforting to my dude, took care of him, and was able to skip stitches. Overall, amazing experience.
