Jean is incredible! Having her with us especially the first night/week home from the hospital was an absolute dream come true. She was amazing at doing all the things we needed most as first-time parents: giving us the opportunity to sleep in peace, gently teaching us about newborn care, encouraging us that we are doing things right, and instilling in us the confidence that we can in fact take care of this new tiny human. She rearranged her schedule to be with us for multiple nights in a row to help set us on the right path, and has remained an invaluable resource since. We are tremendously grateful to her, and wholeheartedly recommend her.

10/10 absolutely recommend I feel like they literally saved us. After a very rough 3 week start we reached out for help and it was the best thing we’ve ever done. We felt so comfortable and safe having their help with our baby. Communication was incredible and so was the entire experience. Will definitely be calling them with our next!

Karen and Jennifer were lifesavers. We have twins and another infant so without them I am not sure how we would have made it through the first few months. These ladies are not just caretakers, they are highly experienced nurses and mothers. We had other sitters for our premature twins and the difference, early on was astronomical! Give them a call if you want highly reliable and highly experienced help so you can get some rest or enjoy a night alone with your spouse!

As a new parent, I don’t know what I would have done without the nurses at North Florida Baby Nurse. I was finally able to sleep soundly knowing my little one was taken care of by the absolute best team around. Jean, Jennifer, and Cameron taught us about newborn care from breastfeeding to bathing to sleep training and everything in between. Their presence allowed me to get some much needed rest and become a better, safer parent to a newborn. I recommend them to anyone and everyone! I truly could not be more grateful for them and the service they provide. If you’re at all curious for yourself or others, I say go for it! You’ll be so happy you did.
