North End Dental

Been going here for a few years. My last visit was less than satisfactory. Had to go in twice to get cleaning performed, was told it would all be covered, received bill for $190, didn’t even see a dentist either visit. When I called there was no “What can we do to make it right”, just “we’ll be happy to release your records to your new dentist”. Disappointing, they used to be reliable, honest and communicative. Not the case anymore.

Excellent staff, comfortable space, felt very safe, informed, and cared for. I was in and out! Thank you !

Been going here for 8 years and it’s always been great.

Visiting from out of town. Called due to sudden tooth pain. Got me in that day. Dr. Chrisman diagnosed the problem as a broken down old filling, filled the tooth, and the charges were very fair. Staff was friendly & efficient. Very nice office. Would highly recommend this dental practice.

This place was amazing before they started caring about money. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and until I fell a little behind on my bill. I never received a reminder call about my bill nor about my future appointment (which I was told I would by my doctor). When I finally called the front desk, I was told I would have to pay my outstanding bill before an appointment could be made — which would have been fine in and of itself had it not been for the condescending tone and had this information been provided OR been reminded of earlier. Not only have I had to wait 2-3 weeks after my due date for a check-up for a time-sensitive area/issue due to a miscommunication, but now I’m dealt with first by money and second by my needs — having to pay up front before even going to my next appo
